The City of Mitcham, in partnership with Moduplay, placed community feedback at the heart of the design process. This ensured the playground caters to a wide range of ages and abilities, fostering a sense of inclusivity where everyone feels welcome. It truly highlights how vital community consultation is in creating spaces that draw people together and encourage outdoor play.
The colourful centerpiece of the playground is a custom-designed Moduplay Tavua unit with integrated Buller Geoclimber. Designed to challenge and engage users of all ages and abilities, the structure promotes physical activity and imaginative play. But the fun doesn’t stop there! Rozelle Reserve also features a Capital Double Bay Swing, a Mini Maypole and a Franklin Rocker. Each element is carefully chosen to encourage different types of play, from physical challenges to social interaction and imaginative exploration.
Moduplay’s commitment to safety and quality is evident throughout the playground. All equipment is manufactured to the highest Australian standards, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for children. The playground’s robust construction and durable materials guarantee that it will serve the community for many years to come. And with the flexibility for future upgrades and expansions, Rozelle Reserve is truly built for the future.
Rozelle Reserve stands as a shining example of how collaboration, thoughtful design, and high-quality equipment can create a playground that not only meets the needs of the community today but will continue to do so for generations to come.
