Moduplay participated in an iterative 3 round design process with Launceston City Council to win the project now known as “The Confluence Net” at Riverbend Park.

Confluence, which defines as ‘the meeting point of 2 or more major rivers’, is reflected in the stunning design of The Confluence Net, at the same time as offering vast amounts of play opportunities for children of all ages and even adults. Locals and visitors willingly admit it is the highlight of their visit to this unique location.

Unique connection engineering was developed to facilitate “invisible” joints in the gigantic tubular net structure.

An example of the breadth of experience and enthusiasm in the Moduplay Team to deliver the unexpected, surpassing all expectations and delighting everybody involved with the process.
